On Windows 8 you can open the Control Panel from the Start screen by simply typing the word 'control'. A search will begin and a list of apps that match will be shown including Control Panel. Click or touch Control Panel to open it.
Open a Run box by hitting the Windows key and the R key. Type control and click OK. The Control Panel will open.
Click Programs, and then click Programs and Features.
Select NumberingStar from the list and click the Uninstall button at the top of the list. Click Yes when asked if you wish to uninstall the software. NumberingStar is now uninstalled.
